The apartments of different sizes are more spacious and brighter than the usual tourist apartments and all have their own entrance. Each apartment has two separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom with hair dryer and courtesy kit, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, bed linen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric kettle. There is a spacious living room with a sofa bed and flat screen TV with satellite channels, large panoramic windows and a common day area where you can enjoy lunches and dinners in company. Each of the units has climate control for heating or air conditioning, a balcony, terrace or private garden

Outside of these hours you are kindly requested to give prior notice of your expected arrival time when booking via email or by contacting Casa 32 by phone at (+39) 380 7327399 (we reserve the right to indicate a time which suits the staff).

Booking is confirmed once you provide details of a valid credit card (only as a guarantee of booking, payment will be charged once you arrive) or payment by bank transfer of a booking confirmation deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay.

Bed and towels are provided and included in the price.

Change of bed sheets extra charge: € 12.00

Change of towels extra charge: € 7.00

 

Compulsory final cleaning: € 35.00

Cleaning during the week on request: € 30.00

 

Tourist tax: € 0.70 per person per day excluding children under 14 and only for the first ten consecutive nights.

CANCELLATIONS

There is no charge for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. In the case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, there will be a charge of 50% of the total sum. In the case of cancellations 7 days or less before the date of arrival, the entire cost of the stay will be charged.
